Privacy Policy
This website is built to collect as little information as possible. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what happens to it.
Effective date
October 2026
Who operates this website
Gryphon Ground Advisory & Estates LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the “company”, “we”), operates this website. Questions about this policy go to contact@gryphonground.com.
What we collect
This website is a set of static pages with no accounts, no forms and no comment features. When you open a page, our hosting provider processes the technical data every web server receives, including your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and your browser type and operating system (the user agent). When you write to contact@gryphonground.com, we receive your email address, the content of your message, any attachments you send and the time of receipt. We ask you for nothing else.
Cookies and tracking
We set no cookies of our own, use no local storage and run no analytics, advertising or social media scripts. Our hosting provider may set one or more strictly necessary security cookies if it has to protect this site against automated traffic; they are not used to track you. Fonts and images are served from this site’s own domain, so nothing loads from any third party other than our hosting provider. We do not use Cloudflare Web Analytics or any script-based analytics. For visitor numbers we rely only on the aggregate traffic figures that Cloudflare derives from the server data described above. Because we do not track visitors over time or across other sites, this site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.
Why we process it
We process technical data to deliver this website, to keep it secure and to understand in aggregate how it is used. We process email to answer your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. Where the law where you live requires a stated basis for processing, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and in answering those who write to us, and, where you write to us about a possible engagement, on the steps needed before entering into an agreement. We do not use any of this information for advertising, profiling or automated decisions.
Who receives it
Service providers process information on our behalf under their published terms, which include data protection commitments. The principal ones are Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, California), which hosts this website and serves it through its network, and Proton AG (Switzerland), which provides our email. Where a matter requires it, we may share correspondence with our professional advisers, who are bound to confidentiality. Correspondence is also processed by the email, browser and AI-assistant software we use to read and answer mail, whose providers act as service providers under their own published terms. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising. We disclose it to no one else unless the law requires it or it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Where it is processed
Cloudflare processes data in the United States and at its other locations under its data processing terms, including recognized cross-border transfer mechanisms where applicable. Proton processes email at its own facilities under its privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Server logs are held by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own published retention practices; we do not receive or store them. Email is kept for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any relationship that follows, and for as long as we are required to keep business records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding information about you. To exercise any of them, write to contact@gryphonground.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
- To ask what information we hold about you and to receive a copy of it.
- To have inaccurate information corrected.
- To have information deleted where we have no continuing reason to keep it.
- To object to, or ask us to restrict, a particular use of your information.
- To receive the information you gave us in a portable format.
- To withdraw any consent you have given.
- To file a complaint with a privacy or consumer-protection regulator where you live.
Children
This website is directed at professional audiences and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has written to us, contact us and we will delete the information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The current version is the one published here, with its effective date shown above.
